Fast, precise and independent

From overlapping aerial images we build a true-to-scale terrain model and derive excavation and fill volumes from it. Vegetation is filtered out so the estimate is based on the actual ground — a fast, traceable basis for your construction-progress documentation.

We have no ties to the earthworks or haulage company. The figure comes from a neutral party — giving you your own, independent basis instead of relying solely on someone else's numbers.

Frequently asked questions

How accurate is the volume estimate compared to a surveyor?: We provide a fast, independent estimate of excavation and fill volumes based on a drone terrain model. For most construction-progress and plausibility purposes that's perfectly sufficient. If you need an officially certified survey, bring in a licensed surveyor as well — our analysis does not replace an official survey.
Do we need a permit for the flight?: We handle the regulatory side. We fly BAZL-compliant and clear the airspace approval — often required in the Zürich area — before the appointment. All you need to provide is permission for us to fly over your site.
What happens to our data?: Your imagery and analyses stay in Switzerland and belong to you. We don't pass anything on to third parties and only use your site as a reference if you explicitly agree.
What does it cost after the free pilot flight?: The pilot flight is free and non-binding. If you'd like regular analyses afterwards, we'll discuss that individually — the pilot flight commits you to nothing, no subscription.
